INGREDIENTS
- 1-1/2 oz Marzetti® Italian Dressing
- 1 tbsp Garlic puree
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Basil, chopped
- 4 oz Zucchini, julienne, noodle-like
- 1-1/2 oz Tomatoes, diced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
In a small bowl, combine Marzetti® Italian Dressing with garlic puree, olive oil and basil. Set aside.
In a large saute pan over medium high heat, add olive oil and zucchini and toss. Add 2 oz pesto and tomatoes and toss to blend flavors. Season with salt and pepper.
