- 1 1/2 cups Marzetti® Olde Venice Italian Dressing
- 30 oz Frozen spinach, thawed & excess water removed
- 90 oz Cannellini or Great Northern beans, rinsed & drained
- 3/4 cup Olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Ground rosemary
- 1 tbsp Granulated onion
- 1 tbsp Granulated garlic
Purée the beans in a food processor (you may have to do two batches).
In a large mixing bowl with wooden spoon, mix well the bean purée and the remaining ingredients. Place dip in 4 oz. microwave safe ramekins.
Microwave each ramekin for 35-45 seconds until very warm and serve with crackers, bread cubes, or favorite vegetables. Also makes a great sandwich spread!
