- 1 oz Marzetti® Sriracha Bourbon Sauce
- 1 oz Fuji apple, julienned
- 3 oz Sweet potatoes, julienned
- 1 oz Sweet onion, julienned
- 1/2 oz Applewood smoked bacon
- Flat leaf parsley, chopped
Combine all the ingredients into a bowl. Place the blended ingredients into a ring on the griddle. Cook on both sides.
Place on a plate and drizzle 1/2 oz. of Marzetti® Sriracha Bourbon Sauce over the top. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
