- 6 oz Marzetti® Chipotle Ranch Dressing
- 2 lbs Marzetti Frozen Pasta® Penne Rigati
- 1 lb Chicken, cooked & shredded
- 15 oz can Black beans, drained & rinsed
- 4 oz Cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 2 oz Jalapeno peppers, diced
- 2 oz Green onions, sliced
- Tri color tortilla chips
Prepare Marzetti Frozen Pasta® Penne Rigati according to directions. Mix all ingredients, except green onions and tortilla chips. Spoon mixture into a bowl lined with iceberg lettuce leaves.
Gently fold in some of the tri color tortilla chips. Top with a sprinkling of green onions. Garnish with more tortilla chips around the edges for a colorful presentation. Enjoy!
