INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Marzetti® Thousand Island Dressing
- 1 head Iceberg lettuce
- 1 medium Tomato, cut into 6 wedges
- 1 Egg, hardboiled & chopped
- 2 slices Red onion, sliced into rings
- 1/2 cup Blue cheese, crumbled
- 4 strips Bacon, chopped
- 1 Green onion, sliced
Fry bacon until crisp. Cut iceberg into six wedges and remove core. Arrange wedges of iceberg on plate. Garnish with egg, red onions, bacon, blue cheese, green onions and tomato.
Drizzle Marzetti® Thousand Island Dressing generously over salad.
