INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Marzetti® Champagne Vinaigrette
- 3 cups Baby spinach
- 3 cups Baby kale
- 1 cup Quinoa, cooked
- 1 cup Red grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup Carrots, julienned
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 cup Cherry or grape tomatoes, whole
- 1 1/2 cups Broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup Cashews
Mix baby spinach and baby kale together and place on chilled plate. Top with remaining ingredients.
Serve with Marzetti® Champagne Vinaigrette.
