- 1 oz Marzetti® Champagne Vinaigrette
- 1 oz Mesclun mixed greens
- 3 oz Corn, cooked & chilled, removed from cob
- 5 Red grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 5 Yellow grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 tbsp Queso fresco, crumbled
In a medium bowl, combine mesclun mix, corn, red and yellow grape tomatoes and toss with Marzetti® Champagne Vinaigrette.
Place on plate and top with crumbled queso fresco cheese.
