- 1/2 oz Marzetti® Sriracha Bourbon Sauce
- 1 oz Red and green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 oz Spanish onion, diced
- 2 oz Roasted red skin potatoes, diced
- 2 oz Smoked beef brisket, diced
- 1 Egg, sunny side up or poached
- 1/2 tsp Flat leaf parsley, chopped
Sauté bell peppers and onion in a sauté pan, then add the roasted potatoes and brisket and heat thoroughly.
Add Marzetti® Sriracha Bourbon Sauce and toss ingredients together. Serve on a plate and top with a sunny side up or poached egg. Sprinkle with parsley.
