INGREDIENTS
- 4 oz Marzetti® Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 4 oz Marzetti® Caesar Dressing
- 3 lb Marzetti Frozen Pasta® Penne Rigati
- 1 Orange bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Cucumber, seeded & sliced
- 1 container Grape tomatoes
- 10 Radishes, sliced
- 1/2 bag Mixed greens
- 1/2 cup Pine nuts, toasted
- 3/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
- 1 bunch Fresh basil, finely sliced
- 1 bunch Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 bunch Parsley, chopped
- Fresh mozzarella (optional)
Prepare Marzetti Frozen Pasta® Penne Rigati according to package directions. Toss together all vegetables and pasta. Add Marzetti® Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette and Marzetti® Caesar Dressing; toss to coat.
Add fresh mozzarella (optional).
