INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. Marzetti Frozen Pasta® Udon Style Noodles, chilled
- 3 cups Spicy peanut sauce
- 1 English Cucumber, peeled and sliced into quarter rounds
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, matchstick cut
- 4 oz. Carrots, matchstick cut
- 1 head Napa Cabbage, diced
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) Mung Bean Sprouts
- 1 cup Cilantro Leaves, cleaned
- 1-1/2 cups Snow Peas, blanched and julienne cut
- 2 tbsp. Black Sesame Seeds
Drop Marzetti Frozen Pasta® Udon Style Noddles into boiling water, stirring with fork to separate, for 30-60 seconds. Drain and cool. Transfer udon noodles to a large mixing bowl; add spicy peanut sauce with remaining ingredients. Toss gently and serve.
