INGREDIENTS
- 6 oz Marzetti® Champagne Vinaigrette
- 2 oz Orange juice concentrate
- 2 oz Harissa paste
- 2 oz Water
- 4 oz Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 each Chicken breast, grilled & chopped
- 2 oz Red grapes, roasted
- 3 oz Orange segments
- 1 oz Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 oz Red onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 oz Fennel, thinly sliced
Spiced Orange Vinaigrette: Combine orange juice concentrate, Marzetti® Champagne Vinaigrette, harissa paste and water. Set aside.
Top romaine lettuce with all remaining ingredients. Toss with 1 1/2 oz. of prepared Spice Orange Vinaigrette and serve.
