INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Marzetti® Chipotle Ranch Dressing
- 5 oz Mixed greens, chopped
- 6 oz Chicken breast, grilled & shredded
- 4 oz Avocado, diced
- 3 slices Bacon, cooked & chopped
- 1/4 oz Pepitas, toasted
- 3 oz Grilled corn
- 2 oz Radish, julienned
- 2 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 oz Tomatoes, diced
- 1 oz Queso fresco, crumbled
- 1 Cilantro sprig
- 1 Lime wedge
Place the salad greens on a plate. Carefully line up the chicken and vegetables per photo. Sprinkle with Queso Fresco and pepitas, top with cilantro sprig.
