- 2 sticks Unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups Brown sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1-1/2 cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon

- 1-1/2 cups White Chocolate chips
- 4 oz Plain cream cheese

Preheat the oven to 350° F. Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan and set aside.
Place the Sister Schubert’s® Parker House Style Rolls in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until the rolls resemble breadcrumbs, you should have about 4 cups. In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat together the butter and brown sugar on medium-high speed. Add eggs and mix to combine. Scrape the inside surface of the bowl. Add breadcrumbs, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt and mix until well blended. Fold in the white chocolate chips. Spread evenly into the prepared pan and bake on the middle rack of the oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of bars comes out clean. Cool completely.
For frosting, combine cream cheese, 2 tbsp butter, confectioners’ sugar and cinnamon and spread evenly onto cooled bars. Cut and serve.
You can use rolls that have been prepared (baked). Do not substitute commercial dry breadcrumbs.
Makes 16 bars.
