INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup Marzetti® Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 1 large Broccoli
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Roasted red pepper, chopped
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese slices
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Line a baking pan parchment paper. Trim the ends of the broccoli and cut into long pieces. Place on prepared pan; drizzle with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast broccoli for 10 to 15 minutes or until the pieces are tender. (Times may vary depending on the size of the broccoli.)
Transfer broccoli to a serving platter and arrange roasted red peppers on top. Drizzle with Marzetti® Balsamic Vinaigrette. Garnish with Parmesan cheese slices.
