Ranch Taco Salad

INGREDIENTS
  • 8 oz Marzetti® Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
  • 1 lb Chicken breast, skinless & boneless
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 lb Lettuce, chopped
  • 8 oz Chunky salsa
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Black olives, chopped
  • 1 cup Tortilla chips, crushed
Preparation

Cook chicken in a medium skillet over medium heat for 12-16 minutes. Let cool and slice into thin strips.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss. Chill until ready to serve.
