INGREDIENTS
- 3 lbs Marzetti Frozen Pasta® Penne Rigati
- 1 1/2 cups Marzetti® Balsamic & Basil Vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup Basil leaves, chopped
- 16 oz Mozzarella, cubed
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 4 Roma tomatoes, chopped
Thaw Marzetti Frozen Pasta® Penne Rigati under warm running water, followed by a cold rinse. Drain. Combine Marzetti® Balsamic & Basil Vinaigrette with remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Refrigerate until served.
