INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs Marzetti Frozen Pasta® Penne Rigati
- 3 cups Marzetti® White Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 1 1/2 cups Marzetti® Pomegranate Vinaigrette
- 4 oz Pimentos
- 1/2 Red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups Mushrooms
- 1 Celery stalk, cut into small pieces
- 2 cups Mandarin orange segments
- 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 10 oz Frozen peas
- 12 tbsp Fresh basil
- 4 tbsp Oregano
- 1 1/2 cups Cannellini beans
- Romaine lettuce, chopped
Run Marzetti Frozen Pasta® Penne Rigati under warm water until thawed. Drain.
Combine Marzetti® White Balsamic Vinaigrette and Marzetti® Pomegranate Vinaigrette. Set Asisde.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients and add 3-4 cups of the dressing combination. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate overnight.
Serve in a large platter on a bed of chopped romaine.
