- 2 piece New York Bakery® Garlic Toast
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Pesto
- 4 pieces Bacon, cooked
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- 2 large Tomato slices
- 1 tsp Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Avocado, sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Arrange New York Bakery® Garlic Toast on a sheet pan and bake according to package directions. Place one piece of toast on each plate.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and pesto.
Spread pesto sauce on toast and top with two slices of bacon, one cheese slice and sliced tomato.
In a small non-stick skillet, melt butter; add eggs and fry as desired. Place one egg each atop sandwich stacks, cover with remaining cheese and avocado slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
