- Simply Dressed® Light Raspberry Acai
- 3/4 cup Pecan pieces
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Ginger, ground
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Apples, cored & chopped
- 8 oz Mixed greens
- 1/2 cup White cheddar cheese, crumbled
- 1/3 cup Pomegranate seeds or dried cranberries
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a mixing bowl, combine pecans, butter, cayenne pepper, sugar, ground ginger and salt. Place pecans on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake 7-10 minutes to toast. Cool. Combine mixed greens with cheese, apples, pomegranate seeds/cranberries and cooled spicy pecans.
Drizzle with Simply Dressed® Light Raspberry Acai and serve.
