INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 oz Marzetti® Champagne Vinaigrette
- 1/8 oz Jumbo lump crab meat (one knuckle)
- 4-5 Baby arugula leaves
- 1/4 tsp Red onion, diced small
- 1/2 cherry tomato
Place arugula leaves in bottom of a one ounce clear cup and sprinkle arugula with diced red onion. Place half cherry tomato over the arugula.Top with jumbo lump crab knuckle and drizzle with Marzetti® Champagne Vinaigrette.
