- 2 cups Marzetti® Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 cup Marzetti® Extra Heavy Mayonnaise
- 6 Pita bread
- 1-1/2 tbsp Curry powder
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 6 Chicken breasts
- 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and diced
- 2 tbsp Green onions, minced
- 2 tbsp Celery, diced small
Combine Marzetti® Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, curry powder, paprika and salt; mix well. Pour over chicken and marinate in refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours. Grill chicken until cooked through. Chill then dice into 1/2 inch pieces.
Combine chicken with Marzetti® Extra Heavy Mayonnaise, apple, green onion and celery, adding salt and pepper to taste. Scoop evenly into pitas.
