- 3/4 cup Marzetti® Dijon Honey Mustard Dressing
- 1 boneless pork loin (3-4 lbs)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp White wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Fresh parsley leaves, chopped
- 1 tbsp Chives, chopped
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 350° F. Season pork with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix the vinegar, Marzetti® Dijon Honey Mustard Dressing and herbs together; reserve for pork.
In a large overproof saute pan over medium heat, warm the vegetable oil. Sear pork loin on all sides. Brush with mustard sauce and roast in oven until done, about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
