- 8 tbsp Marzetti® Dijon Honey Mustard Dressing
- 8 (5 oz) Salmon filets
- 4 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp Lemon zest, finely grated
- Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Spray a shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Combine lemon juice, Marzetti® Dijon Honey Mustard Dressing and lemon zest, stir together. Season both sides of salmon filets with salt and pepper and place in baking dish. Flip salmon to coat in glaze.
Bake immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 3 hours. Bake 10 minutes or until fish is fork-tender.
