- 6 Sister Schubert’s® Yeast Dinner Rolls
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. Horseradish
- 1 tsp. Mustard
- Zest from 1/2 lemon (optional)
- Pinch ground black pepper
- 6 slices Deli-style baked ham
- 3 slices Swiss cheese, cut into half pieces
- Green leaf lettuce
Prepare Sister Schubert’s® Yeast Dinner Rolls according to package directions and cool. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard, zest and pepper.
To assemble sandwiches, split rolls in half and arrange on a tray. Spread one side of each roll with horseradish sauce. Arrange ham, Swiss cheese and lettuce on each sandwich. Cover with tops to finish sandwiches and serve.
