- 3 lbs Marzetti Frozen Pasta® Egg Noodles (Precooked)
- 8 tbsp Butter
- 2 cups Onions, chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2/3 cup Flour
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 3-1/2 cups Half-and-half
- 3-1/2 cups Chicken broth
- 4-1/2 cups Fully cooked ham, cubed
- 1 (10 oz) pkg Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large saucepan, melt butter. Add the onion and garlic. Cook 3 minutes or until onions are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in flour, thyme and black pepper until well combined.
Add half-and-half and chicken broth all at once. Cook and stir several minutes, until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 1 minute more. Stir in Marzetti Frozen Pasta® Egg Noodles (Precooked), ham and spinach. Transfer to 1/2 steam table pan.
Bake for 30 to 60 minutes or until heated through.
