- 4.5 oz Simply Dressed® Light Raspberry Acai
- 1/2 cup Walnuts or pine nuts, chopped
- 1 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 lb French green beans, cut into 1-1/2" pieces
- 1/3 cup Pomegranate seeds (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F. Toast nuts for 5-7 minutes; cool. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add beans and cook for 5-7 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water; drain again.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and gently toss together. Add Simply Dressed® Light Raspberry Acai and gently toss to combine.
