- 1/3 cup; plus 2 tbsp Marzetti® Champagne Vinaigrette
- 20 (1") pieces Honeydew melon, peel removed
- 20 (1") pieces Cantaloupe, peel removed
- 5 oz Sliced prosciutto, cut into 40 strips
- 1 English cucumber, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 tbsp Fresh mint, chopped, plus a few sprigs for garnish
- 20 Small wooden skewers
- Black pepper, to taste (optional)
In a bowl, combine honeydew melon, and cantaloupe with 1/3 cup Marzetti® Champagne Vinaigrette. Wrap each piece of melon with a strip of prosciutto.
Thread one piece of honeydew melon, cantaloupe and cucumber on each skewer. Place skewers on a tray and drizzle with remaining vinaigrette. Sprinkle with mint and season with pepper, if desired.
