INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Marzetti® Wilde Raspberry Dressing
- 4 cups Cooked brown rice
- 1/3 cup Dried cranberries
- 4 Scallions, chopped
- 1 cup Carrots, shredded
- 1 cup Celery, chopped
- 1 medium Zucchini, cut into thin strips
- Salt and pepper, to taste
In a large bowl, combine rice, cranberries, scallions, carrots, celery and zucchini. Add Marzetti® Wilde Raspberry Dressing and gently toss together.
