- 3 lbs Marzetti Frozen Pasta® Orzo
- 1-1/2 cups Marzetti® Ranch Dressing
- 2 Mangoes, peeled, seeded and diced
- 2 Avocados, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 Red bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
In a mesh strainer, thaw Marzetti Frozen Pasta® Orzo under warm running water followed by a cold water rinse. Drain well.
In a large salad bowl, mix the drained orzo with the remaining ingredients. Chill until serving. May need to add more dressing before serving.
