INGREDIENTS
- 32 oz Inn Maid® Egg Noodles - Kluski
- 4 Pork tenderloin
- 2 cups Flour
- 4 cups Merlot wine
- 12 oz Dried cherries, reconstituted
- 40 oz Cherry preserves
- 4 cups Butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
Cook Inn Maid® Egg Noodles – Kluski according to package directions.
Meanwhile, slice tenderloin into 1/2″ pieces, coat with flour and saute in olive oil. Remove from pan. Add wine, cherries and cherry preserves to pan. Bring to boil and hold for 4 minutes.
Lower heat and melt butter or margarine into sauce. Pour over noodles and serve.
