- 6 cups Marzetti® Slaw Dressing
- 24 large Carrots, pared and shredded (about 24 cups)
- 10-12 lbs Canned crushed pineapple, drained
- 6 cups Almonds, chopped
- 6 cups Golden raisins
- Ground nutmeg to flavor
In a large bowl, combine Marzetti® Slaw Dressing, carrots, pineapple, almonds and golden raisins. Toss until carrots are evenly coated. Season with desired amount of ground nutmeg. Chill to blend flavors.
