INGREDIENTS
- 1 Flatout® Rustic White Thin Pizza Crust (5" x 15")
- 1/2 cup Marzetti® Smoky Honey Chile Sauce
- 1/2 cup Marzetti® Sweet & Bold Barbecue Sauce
- 1 oz. Marzetti® Chipotle Ranch Dressing
- 1 oz. Poblano peppers, roasted, diced
- 1 oz. Red bell peppers, roasted, diced
- 1 oz. Red onions, roasted, diced
- 2 oz. Corn, roasted
- 1 oz. Applewood smoked bacon, chopped
- 2 oz. Monterey jack cheese, shredded
Honey Chili Barbeque Sauce: Combine Marzetti® Smoky Honey Chile Sauce and Marzetti® Sweet & Bold Barbecue Sauce, cover and refrigerated up to 48 hours.
Preheat oven to 425°F. On a piece of Flatout® Rustic White Thin Pizza Crust (5″ x 15″), apply the prepared Honey Chile Barbecue Sauce and then add the vegetables, bacon and cheese. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. After removing from the oven, drizzle Marzetti® Chipotle Ranch Dressing over the top.
