- 6 Sister Schubert’s® Yeast Dinner Rolls
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 (8 oz) Brie, rind removed and cut into 12 pieces
- 1/4 cup Raspberry jam
- 1 pint Fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup Sliced almonds, chopped and toasted
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange Sister Schubert’s® Par Bake Yeast Dinner Rolls in a single layer on a baking tray. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake 5 to 8 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Spread each roll with a piece of brie. Spread a small spoonful of jam over brie and arrange a few berries and almonds on top. Cut each roll in half on an angle.
