INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup Simply Dressed® Honey Mustard Dressing
- 4-6 lb Beef brisket
- 1/4 cup Cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup Light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Beer
- 3 Garlic cloves, smashed
- 1 medium Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Place brisket, fat side up, in a large roasting pan or Dutch oven. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper and add onions and garlic. Whisk together Simply Dressed® Honey Mustard Dressing and remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over brisket.
Cover tightly and bake about 3 ½ to 4 hours, or until meat reaches 190°F. Allow meat to rest in the juices for 20 minutes. Remove cooked brisket and slice. Serve with pan drippings.
