INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz Marzetti® Sweet & Bold Barbecue Sauce
- 1.5 oz Marzetti® Slaw Dressing
- 6 oz Pulled pork
- Iceberg lettuce leaves
- 1 bag Cole slaw mix
Prepare slaw by mixing shredded cole slaw mix with Marzetti® Slaw Dressing. Cole slaw can be made up to 24 hours in advance.
Toss pulled pork with Marzetti® Sweet & Bold Barbecue Sauce and heat thoroughly. Place pork mixture into iceberg leaves and top with chilled slaw.
