INGREDIENTS
- 3 tbsp Marzetti® Sweet & Bold Barbecue Sauce
- 8 oz Kielbasa or chorizo, cooked, sliced into 1" pieces
- 4 Strips of bacon, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 (15.75 oz) can Pork and beans
- 1 (28 oz) can Baked beans
- 1/2 cup Beer
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 small Onion, chopped
In a medium size heavy gauge pan, cook bacon until crisp and remove pieces. Add chopped onion and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add Marzetti® Sweet & Bold Barbecue Sauce and remaining ingredients to pan and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in crispy bacon.
