- 2.5 oz Marzetti® Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
- 2 oz Marzetti® Extra Heavy Mayonnaise
- 6 oz Lump crab meat
- 6 oz Back fin crab meat
- 5 oz White crustless bread, diced
- 2 oz Olive oil
- 1 large Egg, beaten
- 1.5 oz Crumbled bacon pieces
- Pinch of seafood seasoning
In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and gently mold into 3 oz. patties. Chill and cover for at least 20 minutes until patties becomes firm.
Heat olive oil in saute pan on medium heat. When oil starts to lightly bubble, place crab mixture in the pan for 4-6 minutes per side.
