INGREDIENTS
- 1 each Flatout® Garden Spinach Large Rectangle Flatbread (12" x 14")
- 2 oz. Marzetti® Korean Barbecue Sauce
- 4 oz. Sushi rice
- 4 oz. Shrimp, cooked and chilled
- 1 1/2 oz. Cucumber, cut into spears
- 1/2 oz. Avocado, sliced
Lay out Flatout® Garden Spinach Large Rectangle Flatbread (12″ x 14″) and cover with sushi rice. Top with shrimp, cucumber and avocado. Start at one edge and slowly roll up until you reach the other side. Slice and serve with Marzetti® Korean Barbecue Sauce or soy dipping sauce.
