Sister Schubert’s has a long tradition of making home baked goods that make people smile. It all started with Patricia “Sister Schubert” Barnes, who founded the brand in 1989. She made her famous mouth-watering rolls from only the finest ingredients and sold them at church bake sales. The town fell in love and Sister Schubert’s Rolls were born. Ever since, we’ve made it our mission to bring a taste of something special to the table every day.
Our pre-cooked products are fast, easy, convenient and with little or no waste. Remove just the amount you need from the freezer, drop in boiling water to thaw for approximately 30 seconds and it’s ready to serve!
The New York Bakery brand began as a small family bakery in Cleveland, OH over 50 years ago. The Penn family specialized in baking the upscale, textured, hearth baked breads preferred in Europe. Over time, the family developed a delicious frozen garlic bread and invented the widely favorite New York Bakery Garlic Toast and Breadsticks, with expanded offerings of various sandwich rolls and bread loaves.
Our versatile and convenient flatbreads are available in a variety of flavors, shapes and textures. Use for wraps, pizzas and sandwiches as a less-filling alternative to regular bread or dough.
In the Roaring Twenties, Caesar Cardini’s Tijuana restaurant was a hot spot for Hollywood celebrities. One night, a record number of patrons visited Caesar’s Place and he realized the kitchen would run out of fresh vegetables. So Cardini masterfully concocted a salad that impressed the guests. That night, the Caesar salad was born. And since 1924, the name Caesar Cardini has been widely revered for high quality and great flavor.
