4 tbsp. Marzetti® Buttermilk Ranch Dressing |
4 1/4 lb. salmon filets 16 lemon slices 4 sprigs of rosemary 24 cherry tomatoes, halved |

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 475 degres F. Cut 4 12-inch peices of nonstick aluminum foil or parchment paper. Rub each filet with a little salt and pepper and 1 tbsp. of Marzetti® Buttermilk Ranch Dressing. For each packet, put 2 lemon slices in the center of the foil and top with salmon, a rosemary sprig and 2 more lemon slices; surround with 12 tomato halves. Draw up the sides of the foil or parchment paper and seal packets well, leaving room around the ingredients so they can steam. Place packets on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked. Spoon into pasta bowls and serve immediately with additional Marzetti® Buttermilk Ranch Dressing on the side for dipping. Serve with rice.
