- 3 oz Marzetti® Chipotle Ranch Dressing
- 4 Sister Schubert's® Wheat Rolls made with Whole Grain
- 4 oz Hot smoked salmon, flaked
- 4 oz Cold smoked salmon, chopped
- 1 tsp Red onion, diced small
- 1 tsp Horseradish
- 1/2 tsp Capers, whole & drained
- 2 tbsp Mayo
- 1 oz Sprouts
Bake Sister Schubert’s® Wheat Rolls made with Whole Grain at 350°F for 7 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside.
In mixing bowl, combine red onion, horseradish, capers, mayo and Marzetti® Chipotle Ranch Dressing.
Add flaked hot smoked salmon and chopped cold smoked salmon to the dressing and mix gently, but thoroughly.
Divide the salad between 4 split dinner rolls and top with sprouts.
