- 8 oz Marzetti® Roasted Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- 4 oz Marzetti Frozen Pasta® Penne Rigati
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Garlic, chopped
- 4 oz Chicken, cooked & shredded
- 1 1/2 oz White wine
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 3 oz Romaine, shredded
- 1 tbsp Parsley, chopped
To boiling water, add Marzetti Frozen Pasta® Penne Rigati and cook according to package directions. Drain pasta.
Heat olive oil in a saute pan, add garlic and pulled chicken and saute until the chicken is hot. Deglaze with white wine. Add lemon juice and Marzetti® Roasted Garlic Parmesan Sauce and heat until it begins to bubble. Add heated pasta, romaine and parsley and toss to coat.
Plate the pasta, top with 1/4 cup of the crouton mixture and brown in salamander broiler or cheese melter and serve.
