INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup Marzetti® Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 4 large Heirloom tomatoes, sliced
- 12 slices Fresh mozzarella
- 1/2 cup Sweet onion, cut into thin slices
- 1 cup Fresh corn kernals, cooked
- 1 tbsp Chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp Parsely, chopped
- 12 Basil leaves, divided
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Arrange tomatoes, cheese and onions on a platter or individual plates. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with Marzetti® Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette. Sprinkle top of salad with corn, chives, parsley and torn basil leaves. Garnish with a few whole basil leaves. Serve.
