- 2 cups Marzetti® Dijon Honey Mustard Dressing
- 4 large Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 can Pineapple chunks
- 2 medium Green peppers
Cut up all ingredients into 1″ pieces except pineapple chunks. Marinate all ingredients for at least 1 hour in 1 cup Marzetti® Dijon Honey Mustard Dressing; reserve the rest. Rotate chicken and vegetables on skewers starting with pineapple.
Grill approximately 4 minutes on each side until chicken is cooked through. Serve over white rice with reserved dressing on the side for dipping.
