- 1 cup Marzetti® Dijon Honey Mustard Dressing
- 16-24 medium Scallops or shrimp
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Parsley, chopped
- 1 cup Soft bread crumbs
- 3 Garlic cloves, minced
- Butter, as needed
- Parmesan, grated (optional)
Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix Marzetti® Dijon Honey Mustard Dressing with lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Mix parsley and bread crumbs. Coat the bottoms of four ramekins with the minced garlic, browned in butter. Using a small amount of the liquid ingredients as a wash, coat the scallops or shrimp and dredge in the bread crumb-parsley mixture; place 4-6 shrimp or scallops in ramekins. Pour remaining liquid over seafood, covering about halfway. Sprinkle remaining bread crumb-parsley mixture over the dish.
Place in oven for 10-15 minutes to brown. Top with parmesan cheese.
