- 1 oz Marzetti® Sriracha Bourbon Sauce
- 3 Brussels sprouts, whole, blanched
- 3 Applewood smoked bacon, cut in half
- 6 piece Sweet onion petals
- 1 Skewer
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place 2 sweet onion petals on opposite sides of the Brussels sprouts, then carefully wrap the bacon and place on the skewer. Repeat for the remaining two.
Bake in oven, high fan, for 8 minutes or until crispy. Remove from skewer and ladle Marzetti® Sriracha Bourbon Sauce over the 3 bacon wrapped Brussels sprouts.
