INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Marzetti® Slaw Dressing
- 1 lb (2 nests) Marzetti Frozen Pasta® Fettuccini - Nests
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp Rice vinegar
- 1 (16 oz) bag Coleslaw blend
- 1/2 cup Green onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 (11 oz) can Mandarin oranges, drained
- 3/4 cup Cashews
Thaw Marzetti Frozen Pasta® Fettuccini – Nests according to package directions. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine Marzetti® Slaw Dressing, soy sauce and rice vinegar; mix well. In a large bowl, combine thawed pasta and remaining ingredients. Pour dressing mixture over coleslaw mixture; toss gently to coat.
Refrigerate until serving. Makes 12 cups.
